En-Dure Electroless Nickel-Based Plating offers superior corrosion resistance, excellent wear, and high hardness
EN-DURE coatings can be applied to most metallic substrates, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, magnesium and titanium. It can also be applied to highly engineered alloys such as hastalloy, monel, pyrowear and others. EN-DURE coatings enhance the properties of many substrates, offering improved resistance to chemicals in environments such as food processing facilities, better lubricity in sliding wear applications and higher hardness. - En-Dure HP (10% to 13% Phosphorous): for applications that need superior corrosion protection (especially in acid environments) such as in the oil & gas or mining industries; solderability decreases soon after plating
- En-Dure MP (5% to 9% Phosphorous): for general-use applications; in some cases plated steel parts can replace stainless steel
- En-Dure LP (<5% Phosphorous): for applications that need a hard (up to 60Rc as plated), wear and alkaline resistant coating; best solderabilaty
- En-Dure Slip: fluoropolymer-metallic blend for increased lubricity; can reduce or eliminate the need for liquid lubricants in some applications

The EN-DURE coating has unique properties that sets it apart from other plated metallic coatings, including:
- Uniformity of Deposit Thickness
- High Corrosion Resistance
- High Melting Point (>850C)
- Low Coefficient of Thermal expansion (0.13 Microns/degC)
- Strong Chemical Resistance
- High Lubricity/Low Coefficient of Friction
